All orders are made to order and typically require 2–4 weeks for production and preparation, subject to current workflow. Once dispatched, orders are shipped via Express Post, with delivery usually taking 1–2 business days.
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are uninstalled, unused, and in their original unopened packaging. A 30% restocking and handling fee applies. Custom or special-order items aren't eligible.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered separately under the Australian Consumer Law — no restocking fee applies.
