Each piece is crafted to the highest standards and presented through a carefully designed online experience. We focus our resources on what matters most: exceptional materials, precise workmanship and thoughtful design.

We do not spend on unnecessary layers of cost such as large retail networks, excess staffing or traditional markups that add price without adding value.

Our approach is guided by integrity. We believe in offering genuine value and transparent pricing. By running an efficient and design focused business, we are able to offer high quality pieces at a fair and honest price without compromising on craftsmanship or experience.

All orders are made to order and typically require 2–3 weeks for production and preparation, subject to current workflow. Once dispatched, orders are shipped via Express Post, with delivery usually taking 1–2 business days.

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are uninstalled, unused, and in their original unopened packaging. A 30% restocking and handling fee applies. Custom or special-order items aren't eligible.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered separately under the Australian Consumer Law — no restocking fee applies.
