CRAFTSMANSHIP
Once the design is perfected, we move to the next stage of creation with the same precision and artistry. A mold is carefully crafted, capturing every detail of the sketch with absolute accuracy. Molten copper and zinc, combined to form brass, are then poured into the mold, the metals flowing seamlessly to take shape. As they cool and solidify, the result is a stunning piece that mirrors the original vision, where each curve and contour is flawlessly defined, creating a harmonious balance of strength and sophistication. POLISHING
After the casting process, each individual piece, whether it's the lever, thumb turn, or o-ring, undergoes a meticulous polishing stage.
