  • Domestic Shipping: We deliver to all locations within Australia.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide, though some country restrictions may apply.

Delivery Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Domestic (Australia): 2-3 weeks.

    • International: 4 weeks.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Domestic (Australia): 1-2 weeks.

    • International: 3 weeks.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.

 

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information to follow your order’s progress.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) International orders may incur additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

 

Delays or Missing Shipments If your shipment is delayed or missing, contact us with your order number, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

RETURN POLICY

At Bergamo, we take pride in crafting high quality, custom made solid brass door handles tailored to your exact specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. ​​

Custom Products Policy

  • All Bergamo products are made to order and specifically tailored to meet your unique requirements. As such, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for custom made items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Please ensure all measurements, finishes, and specifications are accurate before placing your order.

Reporting a Faulty or Defective Product

If you believe your product has a fault or defect, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Email us at info@bergamo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and provide a resolution based on the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.

What Constitutes a Major Failure?


You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if the product has a major failure, such as:

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

  • The product is unsafe or unusable for its intended purpose.

  • The product does not perform as expected or promised.

For minor issues, we will arrange a repair or replacement.

No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You change your mind.

  • You no longer want the product after it has been made.

  • You provided incorrect measurements or specifications for your custom order.
